Is There A Mapping Software That You Can List Around 100 Stops And Then Plan A Route From Looking At The Stops?

Microsoft Streets and Trips has been designed just for that purpose. You may enter your stops to the “Route Planner”, and then you can plan your route yourself by looking at the map and the stops, or you can just click on “Optimize” button to let the software automatically reshuffle the stops to achieve shorter traveling time (or shorter traveling distance).
