I am trying to find a database software or some sort of function that I could use to link a mapping software with.
The idea is that when someone calls up, their membership information will automatically show up with their address mapped onto a map, ready for the driver to go deliver/pick them up.
My question is do you know any software that does this? If so what are they called and how would I be able to find copies of them? Do you have any recommended brands?
It would also be great if the software can download the information onto a SatNav.

This is done by public transport companies (particularly paratransit operators) who spend a lot of money on software and kit to help them do it.
