I can’t find anywhere on Garmins website that they sell optional software for other countries.
And if they did I assume my (US) GPS would work fine over there?

What Is You Favorite Mapping Software For Use With The Garmin Etrex?
Wednesday, October 28th, 2009I already have EasyGPS for transfering waypoints but am looking for a more rebust mapping tool where I can create waypoints on a USGS map… One that I can use to print for my trip as well as download waypoints from for uploading to my Garmin eTrex…
Any products work better than others? National Geographic (California), Delorme?, ExpertGPS… Do the smaller software packages require scans of USGS maps?
Maybe a side question,,, The best software for integrating geo-encoded tiffs (pic files) so that I can plot way points.
There has to be a way to do plot a trip from home, print the map, upload the waypoints to the GPS and gooo…
