Monitoring Computers

I am looking for sales territory mapping software?
I just need to take a list of clients and import them into a program that will by address map them. So I can set up equal territories for my sales staff. I want to know a good program to buy or if there is anything out there free. I really do not need a complete contact management software program but if that is the only way I can get the mapping than so be it.
